Venkaiah: make traffic hassle-free for public

In a bid not to inconvenience to the public, Vice-President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu has reportedly instructed the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh not to halt the motorists for more than five minutes during his visits.

Official sources confirmed that the instructions were conveyed to the Chief Secretaries of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Vice-President is scheduled to inaugurate the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of National Mineral Development Corporation in the city on Friday and attend the alumni meeting of Andhra University at Visakhapatnam on Saturday.
