The State government has decided to obtain feedback from the stakeholders in the formulation of business regulation Acts/ rules of the departments involved.

The views and suggestions of the stakeholders would be examined and incorporated appropriately in the final rules. The development comes in the light of the intensified efforts of the State government in retaining the top slot it had achieved in the Ease Of Doing Business parameters.

In the orders issued on Tuesday, Industries Department Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said it was required to make arrangement for publication of draft business regulation online inviting comments/feedback from the stakeholders and addressing them. These comments/feedback and the view taken by the department would be published along with the final regulations. It had been decided to create a facility on the Government’s online portal TS-iPASS.

Accordingly, the departments under the administrative control of the Telangana Secretariat had been directed to invite comments from the stakeholders on any business regulation they intend to formulate. The departments should then examine the comments/feedback on the draft regulation for taking its view before publishing the final business regulation through online mechanism.
