Skyworth unveils new range of TVs

Products under test marketing

Skyworth India Electronics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hong Kong-based Asian conglomerate, on Friday unveiled its latest range of OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) and 4K Android television sets.

At a press conference, company’s managing director Zhang Shiquan Jackson said they were involved in test marketing, showcasing futuristic products and they would launch it in the market in the near future. The Android application was used in the product, specifically going by the customer needs of staying smart with the latest technology, he said.

Innovation

The showcase of the OLED and 4K resolution television sets was a testimony to the company’s technology and innovative engineering prowess in the manufacturing and marketing of high quality entertainment electronics and world-class home appliances, said Vice General Manager of Skyworth Overseas Viki Zhou.

They expressed confidence that such products would be successful in markets like India, where consumers were highly-evolved and appreciative of technology and quality.

Android TV

Mr. Jackson said the Android TV came with features including Google Play Store and Voice Search, to name a few.

In the six years that Skyworth was present in India, it had launched over a dozen products with innovative technologies, said Mr. Jackson, adding that the company was committed to advanced engineering and quality standards for product innovation, durability and technology relevance.
