Science Express-Biodiversity Special (SEBS), the longest and most visited mobile science exhibition in India, will be stationed at Secunderabad from October 9 to 19, coinciding with CoP 11 meeting.
It is expected that delegates attending CoP 11 will visit the 16-coach train which showcases exhibits on biodiversity and climate change.
Since its launch in 2007, the Science Express has covered over 68,000 km across the country and had over 65 lakh visitors.

‘Arogya Exhibition’
An ‘Arogya Exhibition’ is being conducted at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally for four days from October 12 by the State government to showcase before delegates of the Convention on Biological Diversity, the various forms of Indian medicine system being followed here — naturopathy, yoga, sidda, unani and homoeo.
100 stalls
Medical Education Minister K. Murali told reporters here on Monday that about 100 stalls would be opened at the exhibition which would be inaugurated by Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Yoga demonstration
Yoga demonstration would be organised to advocate yoga as a panacea for various ailments.
Free health checks
Free health check-up camps will be held during the exhibition that would open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Mr. Murali said a budget of Rs. 350 crore was being spent on institutions of the Indian system of medicine in the State served by 1,800 doctors and 1,200 paramedical staff.
