Property Plus Home Expo is back

To be held on July 22 and 23 at Sarojini Gardens

The Hindu Group’s Property Plus Home Expo is back again. But in a first for Secunderabad, it will be held on July 22 and 23 at Sarojini Gardens (adjacent to Decathlon), Suchitra Junction, on the road to Kompally, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The expo, that opens many a door for property-seekers, including a majority of first-time home-buyers, is presented by Aparna Constructions and powered by Aditya Constructions. It is designed to be billed as a happening property show on the real estate calendar, exclusively for Secunderabad area.

The expo has the participation of over 12 premium property brands offering an exciting array of options—all on a single platform.

From budget homes and functional apartments to lavish villas, luxury bungalows and open plots in prime locations, they are all available, say the exhibitors.

The expo will have financial institutions and banks offering one-on-one sessions to help buyers.

A clutter-free floor plan offers easy navigation at the show that promises to assist buyers firm up their choice of a dream home and redefine their living space. Interested buyers can get a primer on existing and upcoming projects and discuss with the experts for personalised solutions.

The Hindu Property Plus Home Expo -Secunderabad 2017, is being put together in association with Saket Engineers, with State Bank of India and HDFC Bank as banking partners and TV5 as the television partner.
