Without obtaining permission from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal (GHMC) and violating the A.P. Multi-storeyed Apartment Act, some flat owners of the Mount Nasir Residential Apartments Maintenance and Welfare Society, Saifabad, are using their parking spaces for commercial activities.
The erring flat-owners have constructed walls and doors in the space meant for parking their vehicles, thereby causing inconvenience to some of us, especially children. The irregularity is taking place in clear violation of rules.
I request the deputy commissioner of the GHMC Town Planning Department, Khairatabad, to inspect the premises, and take necessary action.
