Magnasoft on Tuesday formally launched in Hyderabad the upgraded version of Northstar , its technology-driven solution to ensure safety of school children.
Bobbie H.Kalra and Shyam Ramamurthy, co-founders of Magnasoft Products Business, told presspersons that it is an integrated platform to protect children while they commute to and from school.
They said the platform integrates GPS and non-GPS location, video surveillance, and RFID technologies. The objective is to facilitate school bus and child monitoring, school bus video surveillance, student attendance management, driver behaviour analysis among others.
Parents can track the bus’ location and helps the school authorities manage their transport related information, monitor the fleet.
