‘Mee Seva’ to accept land regularisation applications

Telangana Government has launched online service under ‘Mee Seva’ for regularisation of surplus lands under the Urban Land (C&R) Act, 1976.

The online application for allotment of excess lands which are already under the occupation of third parties and declarants in core and peripheral areas of ULC lands will be enabled under the revenue service in Mee Seva, according to a release from Special Commissioner, e-Governance.

The applicants who desire to avail the benefit of regularisation/allotment under the scheme may submit their applications along with the copy of registered documents at any Mee Seva centre. They should pay an amount of Rs..2,000 as non refundable processing fee along with Rs.35 as user charges and furnish documents for proof of identity such as Aadhar card, passport, driving license, PAN card, service identity cards with photographs issued to its employees by public limited companies and ration card. The last date for submitting applications under the scheme is June 26, the release added.
