In a major reshuffle, Telangana State Government gave new postings to 23 IPS officers on Wednesday.
Superintendent of Police N. Shiva Shankar Reddy was promoted as DIG and posted to Intelligence wing.
Cyberabad Traffic DCP Avinash Mohanty transferred and posted as Hyderabad Central Crime Station and Detective Department DCP, and DCP of Hyderabad North zone N. Prakash Reddy posted as Nalgonda SP.
Adilabad SP Tarun Joshi was posted as Greyhounds Group Commander while Nalgonda SP Vikram Jeet Duggal replaced him. Medak SP B. Sumathi is posted as North Zone DCP.
Shamshabad DCP A.R. Srinivas was posted Cyberabad Traffic DCP while Additional Superintendent of Police of Bellampally in Adilabad district, Sunpreet Singh, who was promoted to senior time scale, replaced him.
Nizamabad SP S. Chandrashekhar Reddy is posted as Medak SP while Mahbubnagar SP P. Viswaprasad replaced him.
