KCR to visit Gadwal Jogulamba dist. on Friday

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will visit Gadwal Jogulamba district on June 29.

The Chief Minister is visiting the district to inspect the ongoing work relating to Thummilla lift irrigation scheme.

He will lay the foundation stone for Gattu lift irrigation scheme the same day.

He is expected to return to the city late in the evening after participating in a public meeting organised by the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti in Gadwal, according to an official release.

Meanwhile, former High Court judge Justice M.S.K. Jaiswal has been appointed chairman of the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The Chief Minister signed the file pertaining to the appointment on Monday.
