IT firm develops platform to assist CSR projects

EquiPPP.com to offer services to corporations, govt. agencies and NRIs

IT consulting and software services provider Bodhtree Consulting Ltd has developed EquiPPP.com , claimed to be an innovative and first-of-its-kind collaborative platform, for assisting various stakeholders in the implementation of CSR (corporate social responsibility) projects.

Developed using algorithms, big data analytical tools and various APIs, it is for offering services to large corporations, government agencies, non-resident Indians and the investment community.

Concerned citizens can place socially-relevant projects as well as express their interest in participating in them, thereby helping NRIs and others give back to society.

The platform, which would bring in transparency, collaboration and financial assistance, showcases authenticated CSR projects and public private partnership projects, a release from the Hyderabad-headquartered Bodhtree Consulting said. Besides in the city, the company has offices in North America and Singapore and has over 800 employees.

The company looks forward to operating the platform as an independent entity by appointing a research and analysis team, a dedicated advisory board and a CEO. Senior advisor to KPMG and former CEO of NASDAQ Asia Pac Ghanshyam Das, veteran in banking industry M. Narendra and management consultant K. Sriram have agreed to act as an advisory board for EquiPPP.com . As per the KPMG and other leading agencies, the opportunity under CSR spend would be more than ₹1 lakh crore in the next five years.

Announcing this, Bodhtree said EquiPPP.com has signed an agreement with Kalamandir Foundation for identifying the CSR projects and initial assessment of the projects for the platform.

Managing director of Bodhtree Consulting Rama Krishna said the company has added CSR, PPP and social projects analysis as a new vertical of offering under its current services portfolio.
