Infotech Q4 net profit at Rs. 69.8 crore

Hyderabad headquartered Infotech Enterprises Limited registered a net profit of Rs. 69.8 crore, up by 28.8 per cent year on year, for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2014.

The revenue of the company stood at Rs. 594.8 crore, up by 28.1 per cent year on year.

For the financial year 2013-14, the company registered a profit of Rs. 266 crore, an increase of 15.1 per cent compared to last year.

To be rechristened ‘Cyient Limited’ early next month, the engineering services and solutions company announced changes in the organizational structure to “get closer to customers” in different geographies.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Krishna Bodanapu, the newly-appointed chief executive officer and managing director, said the sales aspect of the organisation has been aligned to geographies and operations to the service lines.
