Helpline for interfaith dialogue

A helpline for interfaith dialogue was launched in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

The helpline number, 9718072586 that will be active on three days of the week was launched by Khudai Khidmatgar network which operates across the country. Similar helplines will be launched in Bangalore and Pune, the leaders announced in a media conference held in the city. “We feel that religion should build peace and harmony among people.

We want to use the power of social media to aid people,” said Faisal Khan, leader of the organisation.

The organisation has been focusing on youth camps, social media forums and inter faith dialogue meets at universities and colleges.
