Justice S.V. Bhatt of the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday adjourned the case filed regarding the meeting proposed by Telangana Joint Action Committee of Unemployed Youth to Monday. The police shall inform the court about the status of the application.

The case was filed by TJAC complaining that though application was made in advance, the police had not passed any orders. L. Ravichander, senior counsel, appearing for the petitioners, said the police had not passed orders of acceptance or rejection till last date, only to scuttle the public meeting. The petitioners had suggested four alternative places but the police were not responding. The proposed meeting is scheduled for Tuesday.
