GHMC Commissioner B. Janardhan Reddy has designated four civil servants, Bharathi Hollikeri, Adwait Kumar Singh, Sikta Patnaik and Mohammed Musharraf Ali Farooqi, as special officers for Central, North, South and East Zones respectively, for monitoring the implementation of sanitation programmes, Swachh Bharat, road maintenance, and public grievances.
The orders were issued on the directives of the Principal Secretary, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Arvind Kumar for the same, after he took charge on Wednesday. Mr. Kumar asked for special officers to be designated at zonal-level for effective implementation of sanitation programmes in Greater Hyderabad region.
