A Division Bench of the Hyderabad High Court comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice A. V. Sesha Sai on Monday directed the Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to respond by Wednesday about the steps taken for establishing and effectively running corrective homes and protective homes meant for prevention of immoral trafficking.

It may be recalled that a team of advocates headed by Senior Counsel L.Ravi Chander was appointed by the Court to visit the homes in districts and submit a Report.

The Committee submitted voluminous report about the state of affairs.

The Bench took note of the flaws pointed out in the report and adjourned the case to Wednesday so that the Governments will respond to the matter.
