Confusion over Eamcet medical counselling

July 25, 2016 12:00 am | Updated 05:42 am IST - HYDERABAD:

Confusion prevailed over the conduct of Eamcet medical counselling that was scheduled to start on Monday.

Though Health Minister C. Laxma Reddy was said to have decided to postpone the counselling, there was no official communication from the State government.

Hundreds of students from coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions, who are supposed to get their certificates verified in Telangana, are clueless whether to travel or not.

Meanwhile, the CID has finalised its report on the preliminary probe conducted into the leakage of Eamcet 2 paper. The DGP is likely to submit the report to the government on Monday.
