City records 40.8 degree Celsius

City witnessed maximum temperature of this summer on Friday recording 40.8 degree Celsius. While maximum temperature on Wednesday was 40.6 degree C, it was 40.2 degree C on Thursday. Minimum temperature recorded on Friday was 26.2 degree C. Relative humidity was 21 p.c. A partly cloudy sky condition has been forecast for the city for Saturday. The maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 42 degree C and 26 degree C. Nizamabad dist. and Ramagundam of Karimnagar recorded 42.9 degree C and 41.8 degree C respectively on Friday.
