Bandh in Old City areas of Hyderabad

Different parts of old city in Hyderabad observed a bandh on Tuesday in protest against the remand of Majlis Party president, Asaduddin Owaisi by a Sangareddy court on Monday.

Shops and commercial establishments remained closed in Kalapather, Shahalibanda, Aliabad, Falaknuma, Riyasatnagar, Bahadurpura, Kishanbagh, Dabeerpura, Yakutpura, Aghapura, Mallepally, Nampally, Mehdipatnam and Tolichowki areas.

The markets at Charminar, Pathergatti, Madina building, Laad Bazaar and Motigalli spotted a deserted look with a majority of the shops remaining closed. Public utilities like ATM centres, petrol pumps and banks remained closed in some parts of the old city. As a precautionary measure many private schools declared a holiday on Tuesday.

The popular tourist’s places like Charminar, Chowmohalla Palace, Salarjung Museum registered a low tourist’s turnout. Black flags were put up at a several places as a mark of protest by the people.

Can some one please define what is secularism in INDIA ??????

Bandh, stone pelting, burning of effigies or vehicles has now become
part and parcel of Hyderabad's old city.
I don't see any preventive measures though atleast it is good that it is
restricted to small number of places and is controlled in less amount of
time.
What we need are preventive measures?
