Thirty-year-old K. Narsimha, a scrap dealer from Bowenpally, was found murdered by unidentified persons at Hasmathpet in Alwal on Wednesday night, pol-ice said. He had gone out with his friend K. Yadagiri on Tue-sday and did not return home.
On Thursday morning, Narsimha was found murdered near Hashmathpet Lake by local residents who informed the police.
“He was hit on the head with some object resulting in his death,” Alwal Inspector S.V. Harikrishna said. The body was later shifted to Gan-dhi Hospital mortuary where an autopsy was conducted.
