An 18-year-old girl was allegedly molested by three persons, including two teenagers, in East Delhi’s Trilokpuri.
The incident took place in February, however it came to light on Friday, after the two teenagers were apprehended by the police. “The other accused has been identified but we are withholding his name for the purpose of investigation,” a police officer said.
According to the source, the woman is a resident of Trilokpuri. “On the evening of February 12, she went to the market near block 16. When she was walking back home, the accused trio waylaid her and misbehaved with her,” the officer added.
The victim in her complaint also said that the accused tore her clothes and threatened to kill her if she disclosed the matter to anyone.
