Oxford India Summit from today

The Annual Oxford India Summit that begins here on Friday will engage with the question whether India should adopt a more transparent and participatory process for judicial appointments. The three-day event will have eminent personalities debate on judicial appointments, affordable health care and implications of environmental protection for Indian businesses.

Leading public figures from India and the U.K. will participate in these discussions, which will be moderated by Oxford alumni and media personalities. Funded by the Oxford University Society of India , the summit is being organised with the help of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, the Forum of Parliamentarians, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (U.K.), the British Council, the U.S.-India Business Council and the Oxford University Press.
