Rated as being among the top performers, the Indira Gandhi International Airport here has been ranked among the best airports by the Airport Council International.

The IGI airport, which is handled by the Delhi International Airport Limited, got the annual service quality award 2012 for being second in 25-40 million passengers per annum category.

The annual service quality passenger survey is one of the prominent airport passenger satisfaction benchmark in which over 275 airports participated. It measures customer feedback on a range of service delivery parameters that track the customer experience at an airport from the moment of arrival to the departure gate.
