The Delhi High Court-appointed Justice Anil Dev Singh panel has recommended that 13 more private unaided schools be asked to return “unjustified” fee charged from parents.

With interest

In its status report filed before a Bench of Justice B.D. Ahmed, the panel has said that the 13 schools should return the excess fee with 9% interest. This is in addition to the 621 schools that were earlier asked to refund excess fee.

The 13 schools are Bal Bharti Public School, Delhi International School, Rich Harvest Public School, Vidya Public School, Happy Home, South Delhi School, Jivan Bharti Public School, Delhi International Happy School, Shiksha Bharti Public School, Rattan Chand Arya Public School, St Froebel School, National Victor Public School and Decent Public School.
