Bahadurgarh-Mundka line work nearly complete

Work on Bahadurgarh-Mundka metro rail line is almost complete and testing work of the rail track will start soon.

Besides this, work on the metro link from YMCA Chowk, Faridabad, to Ballabgarh is expected to finish by June next year.

Metro Policy 2017

This was disclosed by Haryana Chief Secretary D. S. Dhesi during the 25th meeting of the Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation in Chandigarh on Tuesday.

Under the new Metro Policy 2017, three metro lines will be started soon. These include Narela-Kundli, HUDA City Centre-Railway Station Gurugram and Sector 45 (Gurugram)- Bata Chowk (Faridabad).

Mr. Dhesi directed the officers to explore the possibility of connecting Southern Peripheral Road, Northern Peripheral Road and Railway Station in Gurugram with the metro.
