The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has said that if the BJP comes to power again in the municipal bodies, it would launch a ‘movement’ to protest against it.
‘Manipulation’
AAP national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said during a meeting that the party was born out of a movement and would not hesitate to go back to its roots. “If such results come, then it proves that manipulation has happened, like in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Pune, Mumbai. We are the product of a movement. We are not here to enjoy the pleasures of power,” he said. The meeting was attended by senior party leaders and MLAs.
