Since June last year, here is a list of AAP MLAs who have been to jail on different charges

Sharad Chauhan

The >MLA was arrested on July 31, 2016, in connection with an AAP activist's suicide.

Amanatullah Khan

He was arrested July 24, 2016 and later >released on bail on July 28, for allegedly threatening to kill a woman with rape and murder.

Rajesh Rishi

He is an MLA and a party volunteer. He was booked on July 26, 2016 >for abetment to suicide and extortion after a Janakpuri resident accused him of harassing her.

Naresh Yadav

Arrested July 24 and >granted bail July 30, 2016, in connection with an incident of sacrilege of Koran in Malerkotta town on June 24.

Prakash Jarwal

>Booked for allegedly molesting and assaulting a woman in early June 2016.

Somnath Bharti

In July he was booked for allegedly instiagting some of his supporters to assault a woman. He >was arrested on September 29, 2015 on a domestic violence complaint filed by his wife.

Manoj Kumar

DCW had summoned him over a domestic violence complaint filed by his wife in July 2015, he was apprehended in connection with a >land fraud case .

Dinesh Mohaniya

He was arrested in June for allegedly misbehaving with a woman and slapping a 60-year-old man. He was later >granted bail on June 29, 2016 .

Mahinder Yadav

He was >arrested and bailed out on January 30, 2016 on charges of rioting and assaulting a public servant during a protest.

Akhilesh Tripathi

>Arrested on November 26, 2015 for a 2013 case of rioting and criminal intimidation.

Surinder Singh

>Arrested in August 2015 for allegedly assaulting an NDMC worker.

Jitender Singh Tomar

>Arrested in June 2015 for allegedly submitting fake educational degrees. He later got bail.
