The Thudiyalur police on Tuesday arrested two persons on charges of cheating a man by preparing fake documents and trying to sell a land.
In a complaint, Vijayakumar (57) of Mullai Nagar said that seven persons have prepared fake documents pertaining to his property and tried to sell it.
Based on the complaint police registered case and arrested Ranganathan and Sekar.
Search is on for Kamalam, Usharani, Hemalatha, Anandakumar and Govindaraj, the police said.
