Due to construction work between Thanjavur and Mayiladuthurai section, Train Numbers 12084/ 12083 Coimbatore – Mayiladuthurai - Coimbatore Jan Shatabdi Express is partially cancelled between Tiruchy and Mayiladuthurai on both directions on Saturdays only, from May 17 to June 7.
On these Saturdays, the train will terminate at Tiruchy and return to Coimbatore. Also, Train numbers 06336/ 06335 Kochuveli – Dibrugarh - Kochuveli unreserved ‘Fortnightly Special’ trains were cancelled from May 17 to June 28 from Kochuveli and with effect from May 22 to July 3 from Dibrugarh (Assam).
Thus, a total of eight services were cancelled, a press release from Salem Railway Division said.
