The Nilgiris is the district with the least number of cases pending for more than 10 years, V. Dhanabalan, High Court Judge and Portfolio Judge of The Nilgiris District, said in The Nilgiris on Sunday after laying the foundation stone for the construction of a building for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

He said that there were only seven such cases in the district.
