Seven photographers take inspiration from their culinary journeys to look at food in a different way, in an exhibition at the Apparao Infinity Gallery. From the iconic red scooters of Mc Donalds, today's ‘vahanas' of food, to the Kashmiri Wazvan cooks in Srinagar, through the tea-houses in the by lanes of Calcutta, they take a walk amongst the people and places that are steeped in the rituals of what we eat, without the airbrushed glossiness of magazines.

The photographs of Ajay Rajgarhia, Dinesh Khanna, Leena Kejriwal, Naveen Kishore, Ram Rahman, Samit Das and Varun Gupta will comprise the exhibition, which will be on at the Gallery from December 10 to 31. For more details, call 2833 2226 or 2833 0726.
