An expo for seniors that throws light on health and opportunities

Vision India, in association with Patrons International Longevity Centre India, organises Celebrating Age! India Expo 2012 . It is an exhibition and trade fair on products, lifestyle and productive opportunities for those aged 55 and above. It seeks to bring to the fore core areas of concern for senior citizens and provide them with the opportunities to lead a healthy and qualitative life.

The two-day programme promises dance, Tai Chi and Qigong, Reiki, yoga, music, tambola, musical chair, laughter sessions, health talks, presentations, bhajans , and more. As part of the expo, a free eye check-up will be conducted by Shankara Nethralaya from 11.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

The two-day event will be held on October 6 and 7 at Annai Teresa Women Complex, Valluvar Kottam High Road, Numgambakkam from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Entry is free on both days. For details, call 98230-55525.
