Two-time champion Roger Federer dominated Feliciano Lopez 6-3, 6-4 at the Toronto Masters to reach the 120th final of his career on Saturday.

The Swiss second seed and two-time champion in Canada, will take on Jo-Wilfried Tsonga after the Frenchman defeated Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov 6-4, 6-3.

Tsonga had lost to Federer in a pair of 2011 finals but has rediscovered the spark in his game after a series of 2013 injuries. The Frenchman will bid for his 11th trophy while Federer takes aim at his 80th.

“I think I served well, I was aggressive, and I was able to really play the way I wanted to play tonight. I’m very happy,” said the Swiss winner.

In the second semi-final, third-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska beat Ekaterina Makarova 7-6 (1), 7-6 (3).

Sania-Cara set up title clash with Errani-Vinci Sania Mirza and Cara Black survived a thriller in the semi-finals as they carved out a hard-earned 7-6(3) 3-6 13-11 victory to set up a Rogers Cup doubles final against top-seeded Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci at Montreal.
