Ingredients:
Cream cheese: 125 gm
Castor sugar: 100 gm
Flour and fresh cream: 25 gm each
Yoghurt: 60 gm
Egg: 100 gm
Vanilla essence: Five ml
Lemon rind: Two
For Chocolate trifle topping
Biscuit crumbs: 100 gm
Castor sugar: 20 gm
Butter: 60 gm
Egg white: from half a egg
Method:
First mix the cream cheese and castor sugar nicely. Then add the egg slowly and whip till it becomes fluffy .
Next, add flour, yoghurt, fresh cream, vanilla essence and lemon rind. Keep mixing slowly.
Pour the well mixed ingredients on top of the biscuit base, which is put before in a baking tray and heated at a temperature of 200 degree C either in an oven or OTG.
Baking time is roughly 40 minutes. Take it out from the oven and cool and then apply the chocolate trifle on the top.
For garnishing, pipe some fresh cream and top it up with a cherry and mint leaf. If possible place a chocolate wafer cigar.
