Fresh button mushroom: 15
Flour: 100 gm
Bread crumbs: 150 gm
Grated cheese: 60 gm
Salt: To taste
Oil: For frying
Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Make a batter with egg, flour, salt and set aside.
Mix grated cheese with paprika. Now stuff cheese mix in the caps of all the mushrooms. Dip mushrooms in batter and coat with crumbs.
Fry and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
