Socialite Kim Kardashian has teamed up with designer Loren Ridinger to create a luxury range of earrings, which will incorporate diamonds, emeralds, rubies and other precious gems and metals.

The reality TV star who already has her own fragrance as well as a swimwear and accessories line with sisters Khloe and Kourtney has teamed up with Loren Ridinger to design the elaborate pieces for the Kim Kollection, reported Contactmusic .

“Kim’s a fashion icon and millions of people are inspired by her style making our collaboration on the Kim Kollection a natural fit,” said Loren, creator of Loren Jewels.

Apart from her earring collection she will also launch her second fragrance next February.

The 29—year—old beauty released her debut self—titled perfume earlier this year and the scent was such a success, she is already starting work on the next one.

“I am so excited to tell you guys that my second fragrance will launch in February of 2011!!!!! I wanted to let you guys know here first so you can all share the excitement with me :) (sic),” wrote Kim on her blog.

She then added a photo from behind the scenes at the shoot on her twitter page with the accompanying message “I’m at the commercial shoot now and cannot wait to get all glammed up! Look at these amazing dresses I get to choose from! (sic).”
