Sunny Leone in Ek Paheli: Leela

Sunny Leone in Ek Paheli: Leela

Last time, her one song pulled the film at the box office. So this time the production company has hired a leading music video director and choreographer to helm a Sunny Leone film.

Bobby Khan has conjured up a long music video album with a story line whose depth fails to compete against Sunny’s cleavage. None of the songs have the appeal of ‘ Baby Doll’ but by now the producers have learnt how to use the former adult film star.

Movie: Ek Paheli Leela Genre: Erotic drama Director: Bobby Khan Cast: Sunny Leone, Jay Bhanushali, Mohit Ahlawat, Rahul Dev, Jas Arora Bottomline: Inadvertently funny, it is Sunny show all the way

Maintain good production quality, drop some hints of her life in the script and then leave the rest to her physical pull! She is the centre of attraction here as she tries to play a model, a Rajasthani gypsy and the bahu of a royal family with more or less same expressions.

Bobby has put a lot of wood around her to match her histrionic talent. It is difficult to judge who has the most dead pan look. For me Mohit is the winner with Jas as the close second. Bobby has followed the classic soft porn format.

Every plot point leads to either a song or a love making sequence with all the leading men in the film getting their turn leaving little for imagination. Enough fodder to keep the target audience swooning. And yes, here CBFC shows how liberal it is.
