‘Kevvu Keka’, Suma’s new celebrity-based show will be aired from December 17

Bestowing the crown of ‘spontaneous anchor’ on Suma is no exaggeration. Come December 17, this effervescent host will burst on the small screen cheering Kevvu Keka. To be aired on MAA TV, this celebrity-based show will see Suma in her usual chirpy avatar talking to all the celebs. “I had a blast while shooting the programme,” she enthuses.

Kevvu Keka will see popular singer Mano don the judge’s hat. Interestingly the programme is produced by the production house, Suma Rajeev Creations, started by Suma and Rajeev Kanakala. “The production house is like turning a new leaf,” says Suma. They had produced Luckku Kiccku earlier and the programme completed 36 episodes and was aired on Zee Telugu.

Sharing an experience, Suma says, “Kota Srinivas Rao garu appeared on the show and narrated Ramayana in Telangana dialect. The dialogues were from one of his movies and he remembered all of them. It was a riot listening to all of them,” says Suma with a smile. On choosing a Tuesday for the show, Suma says,

“Viewers are tired of listening to news and it's analysis. After a hard day’s work, they want to laugh, relax and go to sleep, which they can do with our show.” Kevvu Keka will be aired on MAA TV every Tuesday at 9 p.m.
