With over 90 varieties of dry fruits alone, of various grades, origins, and types, the sheer range is their USP, he says. They have their own warehouse where the procured products are cleaned, graded, processed, he adds.
The all-vegetarian store also stocks its own brand of molaga podi, rasam powder, churans, supari, green teas, masala chai, gulkhand-dry fruit combos and more.
Only one shelf in the store is dedicated to organic products — mostly spices, pulses, dals and flours. You also get fresh vegetables (semi-organic) on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There's also one shelf dedicated to sugar-free products.
