The single ‘Enakkena Yaarum Illaye’ from upcoming film Aakko is already popular among music lovers. Cashing in on that, the makers have decided to shoot it as an elaborate video; one that will feature composer Anirudh and actress Amy Jackson.

“We will be shooting the song next month with the two of them,” confirms director Shyam Kumar.

“We’re yet to freeze on the locations, but we hope to use it as a promo song during the audio launch of the film. It will also appear with the end credits.”

The term ‘Aakko’ is said to be the short form for the local slang ‘Aarva Kolaaru’. The film will feature newcomers and is slated for a release later this year.

“We’ve completed shoot on all the portions except this special song. Once that is done, we will be ready to proceed with the audio launch.” The film revolves around three friends and the strange encounters they have in a single night.
