This is a rather straight-forward recipe. There is nothing to blend or roast here.

Just throw in a handful of spices with the chicken and the dish is done.

Chicken Rada

Ingredients:

Chicken 200 gms

Butter 25 gms

Ginger, chopped 1 small piece

Red chilly 3

Garlic, chopped 1

Onion 2

Tomato 2

Red chilly powder Half tsp

Garam masala powder Half tsp

Turmeric powder Half tsp

Coriander leaf 2 sprigs

Onion, fried 2

Salt to taste

Method:

Heat butter in a kadai. Sauté onion, tomatoes and all the other ingredients together. Then add the chicken, sauté and cook well. Add the seasoning. Garnish with coriander leaf and fried onion.
