What you need
Milk - 1 litre
Jaggery - 200 gm
Cooking instructions
Dissolve the jaggery in little water and strain it. In a heavy-bottomed vessel, add milk and bring to a boil. When the milk reduces to one third of the quantity add jaggery syrup and boil till the mixture reduces in volume and gets a kova texture.
