Cook and learn

Learn to make the Bohri cuisine speciality, Nargis kebab, in a semi-hands-on workshop by Nafisa Kapadia, head chef of the Mumbai-based The Bohri Kitchen (TBK). Munaf Kapadia, CEO, TBK will give a talk about how to brand your home chef business to make it sustainable.

TBK is an experimental lunch concept, started by a Bohri family in Mumbai, which has now gained immense popularity for their traditional Bohri meals. They serve home-cooked Bohri cuisine as per a pre-set menu and have made a niche for themselves by proving their potential of scaling a home-based business.

Cheers on the rooftop

The Raintree, St.Mary’s Road, will celebrate Oktoberfest at Above Sea Level. The roof-top resto-bar will feature chilled, refreshing beer along with an array of Bavarian delicacies.

German potato salad with bacon, onion, mustard, chives, wiener schnitzel, breaded veal chops with mushroom gravy, Bavarian meatloaf topped with fried egg, beer-roasted half chicken and a wide variety of sausages will also be available.

The set menu per person costs Rs. 1,999, exclusive of taxes.
