Off to Bekal

One Sunday afternoon, our class set out for an outing to Bekal fort and beach. As we made our way over there in the school van, we sang songs and danced. All of us were so jubilant and ecstatic that we expressed our joy in whatever way we could.

We reached the fort and as all the students were under the age of 15, entry was free!

The fort was beautiful. The greenery surrounding it and the flowers that had bloomed near the caves were indeed a treat for our eyes. We had a good time and took photographs. Afterwards, we went to a mosque to perform Namaz .

We then made our way to the beach. We played, swam and enjoyed to our heart’s content. We also saw some horses and camels carrying tourists. I wanted to ride one, but was too afraid to attempt it. We also went for a magic show

When it was time to return, we were disappointed that such a great day had come to an end so soon. But it was a fun trip and I hope we can go on such tours in the future as well.
