Mix-up managed

I was in Std. III when this happened. My first term examinations were going on and I was getting ready for school. As I was picking up the school bag and the General Science textbook, my mother asked, “When is the Social Science exam?” I looked at the timetable again and realised that the Social Science exam was on that day and I had prepared for General Science! When I saw the word “Science”, I had assumed it was General Science. I started panicking, but my mother told me not to worry. “You have already done your daily lessons. You can do it.”

In the exam I did do well. I was relieved and thanked God. More importantly, I understood the importance of learning my lessons on the same day. From that day onwards, I have been careful about managing the timetable and subjects.
