VGN Developers has announced the launch of a residential project, VGN Coasta, on East Coast Road (ECR). The project was launched by the star players of Chennai Super Kings, the IPL team that VGN sponsors.
VGN Coasta, coming up at a cost of Rs. 130 crore, is located opposite MGM Dizzee World on ECR and will be a residential development spread across 2.17 acres with 87 apartments in 16 floors.
The project will also have holiday homes designed with the comforts of a five-star hotel. Facilities will include a multi-cuisine restaurant, spa and health club, laundromat, mini theatre, pool, gym, indoor gaming facilities, VRV air-conditioning system for all flats and more.
The flats are 3 and 4 BHK (2,600-4,100 sq. ft), priced between Rs. 1.82 crore and Rs. 2.87 crore. It will be ready for occupancy by 2016.
