A real estate conglomerate created by the coming together of Mayflower Enterprises, Mount Housing & Infrastructure, Ramani Realtors, Fairyland Foundations, four Coimbatore’s construction firms, MMRF has announced the launch of its first two residential projects in Chennai, Sai Enclave, located at Arasankazhani near OMRandVista Oceana, Padur, OMR.
According to a press release, Sai Enclaveoffers affordable homes with 44 units including 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments. The project includes amenities such as a play area, fitness centre, power backup and gardens with a total construction area of46,660sq ft.The apartments are priced at Rs. 28lakhs to Rs. 47lakhs.
Vista Oceana is a residential complex of semi-independent luxury villas, close to the Muttakadu Lake. 19 3BHK villas with an area of 2,400 sq ft. to 3,200 sq ft. are priced from Rs. 1.45 crore to 1.76 crores.
