Looking to do up your interiors? Head to the The Hindu MetroPlus Home Decor 2009, an interior show, presented by Nippon Paint. The event will be held from October 9 to 12 at the Chennai Trade Centre, from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Home Décor caters to all interior needs, ranging from paint, lighting, and steel, to furniture, including ones in silver.

There is also a wide range of modular kitchens and accessories, in addition to art works and artefacts. Home Decor also displays massage chairs, designer rugs, carpets, sofa sets, bed sheets and pillow covers, health and fitness products, designer dining tables, wardrobes and more.

Some of the exhibitors include Nippon Paint, which displays high-performance products such as Odour-less, Medifresh and Satin glow; Timber World Furniture showcasing Indonesian teak wood furniture and handicrafts; Nostalgia, dealing with antique furniture; Kollywood furniture that stocks home and office furniture; Instyle, which brings designer sofa sets; Poettery, offering hand-made clay pots and vases; Heera Exim, dealing with corporate furniture; Sai Furniture that features designer sofa sets; and Rely Massage’s massage chair and foot massager.

At the Thailand Pavilion, a number of stalls stock decorative home articles, including artificial flowers. Faber displays its kitchen appliances, including its trademark chimneys. Onyx from Karachi showcases hand-carved marble artefacts.
