The 1500-year old temple of Sri Tribhuvaneswarar, with shrines for Vinayakar, Murugan, Dakshinamurthy, Chandikeswarar, Suriyan, Chandran and Nandi Peetam, at Thirumandangudi, Kumbakonam Circle, Thanjavur District, is in need of renovation. The structure above the main deity is on the verge of collapse. Work at the temple has begun but resources are required to complete the task and to perform consecration. Hence devotees are requested to contribute for the cause.
