I am writing to ask your suggestions on courses in animation/graphic design. My brother would be completing 12th boards next year and is contemplating a career in animation. As far as I have researched, NID seems to be the best for communication design. Could you please shed some light on this course, institutes and entrance exams (they seem to be a lot different in comparison to the normal exams)?

I would like to learn the violin and classical guitar in typical western classical style. I have completed M.Tech through distance and off-campus programme from a deemed university and I am presently working in an IT firm. My B.Tech was done on a regular basis and I have a score of 79. I have worked on various projects for my organisation.

The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) (www.iist.ac.in) is a Department of Space institution and has been declared a Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act of 1956. It offers Ph.D. in the areas of Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Chemistry, Earth and Space Sciences, Mathematics, Humanities and Physics. Since you have not specified your area of specialisation/faculty, we will not be able guide you on the pertinent nuances of the area of study that you can undertake.

Hence discuss with your parents and college counsellors and take an erudite decision on what you would like to pursue on completion of PUC.
